Apparently house keeping did not check the previous tenant's alarm set up on the house alarm clock. So I was awakened before 6AM! Also, when I checked out at the front desk with an agent, no mention of "how was your stay with us" or "come stay again soon"; or anything along the likes of that. So first impressions and more importantly LAST impressions of any business should be priority over anythiing. Apparently, at this native american owned and run hotel, it isn't.

There was mold in the shower grout. The walls are also so thin that we were woken up at 7am by people in the room next door. You can hear every word of their discussion. Disappointing concerning the room rate isn’t cheap.
