Staff was very friendly showing me to my room and explaining the wifi etc. the bed was comfortable but only had a small sheet on top and I was cold at night. The shower head was leaking, but nothing major. Good place to stay and just 8min drive or 15min bus to airport!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms (we had two) were clean. The a/c's in both rooms were marginal, even though the management tried to make them better, they didn't cool the rooms down very efficiently. The breakfast was great. I still recommend this hotel, it is nice.

We used this as a cheap overnight stay near the airport having arrived past midnight into Izmir. Very functional for that purpose. Had a family room. It's spacious. AC works. There is no duvet just a small thing blanket and this wasn't enough to share for two. Breakfast was more than expected. Valet parking worked well.

We chose Hakcan Hotel because of the proximity to the airport. Though we had a rented car we would have enjoyed to use public transport to get places. But this seemed to be a big mistery and we were advised to use a taxi instead. In this respect the Hakcan team could do a better job. Everything else was fine. Thankyou!
