I rented a room here specifically for the pool and laundry facilities. She put us in the room across from the pool, but We Couldn’t use the pool. The washer in the Laundry was broken. Good thing I brought my own vacuum because we never got any room service. Except if I asked for towels they were very good at bringing them. But I had to take the dirty ones and garbage out myself. The girls were cooped up in the room with nothing to do for 4 days. The excuses on the pool was the first night we were there when we checked in. I asked about the pool she said yes I’m gonna put you in the room directly across from it. But then the next day when the girls went to go swimming, it was locked. They said it wouldn’t be open till Monday. However, the more people that showed up then they unlocked it for them so the girls did get to play at once, but then it was locked out again the next day They said that the chemicals are messed up in it and something was wrong with the hot tub so they were waiting for the Health Department to come. Then they change your mind as oh no I’ll go and unlock it for you so you guys can swim. The girls got excited just to be let down again by saying that they didn’t have the key to the lock. So they stay there was not what it should’ve been was not what I booked for. I will never book there again.

My first interaction was very bad with the front desk lady as she was very arrogant and not care of the customer got late checked in . The worst part was that the room she provide initially the room keys were not working I got replaced 2-3 times and then too also not working. Lastly she changed the room but she came back to the room after 30 mins and got asking that she gave someone else room but luckily that room was empty. Well that lady was totally lost on her work. so overall my experience was furstrating and unpleasant .

Avoid this hotel if you do not want to sleep in a roach infestation. I noticed a roach in the bathroom and thought it could be a one off, I killed it and flushed it down the toilet, only to then wake up with small roaches in bed with me. When I spoke with the front desk they informed us they’ve had problems for the past week from a vent opening and need to get the place sprayed. Due to the state of the room I asked for a partial refund, they directed me to start a claim with Expedia as I booked through them. I did exactly that and was told the property manager was unresponsive and was offered a $25 credit. This is unacceptable to do to guests as we purchase a clean reliable room to stay in. I would like a refund of at least half the cost of our total stay if not the entire stay. Do not book your stay here for your national park adventures.

On Friday night there was a cockroach in the bathroom sink, which was unpleasant. Hannah and I had to stick it in a cup and plate and throw it outside. I also thought that the room was quite dim and wasn't fully lit, even with all the lamps on. Today we came for breakfast a little later and the waffle batter was running low and didn't get refilled, but other than those three complaints, we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious, and the pool and hot tub were clean. The hotel is located close to the WalMart and other stores in downtown St. George, which was nice.

Last time I'd stay here.

Well, the 1st night we arrived, the lady at the front desk was a bit rude, she didnt seem welcoming, didn't greeted me, and just asked for my form of payment without giving me a run down on what she needed my card for. I asked why she needed my card, she just said, "oh it for a deposit incase if theirs any damages done to your room during your stay. I shouldve told you that before i even asked." Then just gave me two keys and pointed me where to go for our room. I hesitated to ask if we can have a bottom floor room because i am 7 and half months pregnant, plus i had some knee pains and i just excepted the room anyway. The bed was very firm and i was very uncomfortable, i called the front desk for extra pillows but they said there was any extra with most of the rooms vacant during our stay. We then asked for our room to be cleaned on the 2nd night stay. No one came, so we end up using the same towels and wash clothes for 3 days. I had noticed there were spider webs behind the bathroom door as well. Centennial breakfast and the A/C was probably the only 2 things i like about our stay. All in all, i wouldnt wanna stay here again. (Btw, i had to go to walmart to buy my self a couple more pillows for the next 2 nights, cuz i suffered the 1st night. Haha).
