The house itself was very nice but the property outside was less than desirable. There was no lawn just tall weeds all around the house. We had dogs and you couldn't walk them because of all the tall weeds and for fear of ticks on us and our animals.

Lovely Spot
Really enjoyed the stay and Ella was very communicative throughout the whole process and made sure we could check in early, which I appreciate. Had no problems at all with the other people living downstairs. Would stay here again.

Nice option outside Ithaca with pets
Overall the experience and space was great, especially since it’s always difficult to find a spot for multiple dogs to stay, so again all and all it was good and Ella was very available to us. My only knock would be that I wish the pictures and description of the listing indicated that the owner lived in the space and that it was not a complete home to yourself as the property has tenants below the rental space. Those aspects did not ruin our ruin our experience but it would have been nice if it was indicated more on the listing.

Not recommended unless pets are a must
The house is well located and dog friendly. Unfortunately the home was too”lived in” for our liking. It not appear to have been cleaned , especially the washrooms. The water had a terrible smell making showering impossible. We did not want to use the kitchen to cook or for anything else.

This house was very clean and the host was very pleasant. Our only issue was a bit of road noise at night. We would recommend this home to others.

Sweet Home Caroline....
Very nice new construction, not yet complete but very comfortable. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Only disappointments were the lack of a fenced yard as described in the listing and not enough silver and glassware for our party of 6. A cork screw would have been nice as well.

What a great vibe!
This house is clean, cozy, and decorated in a very fun fashion that appealled to all ages. It is a few miles from all the action of downtown Ithaca - very convenient, but we enjoyed being just a little removed!
