The pictures didn't belong not belong to this hotel. They are doing renovations during the day with guests. Lots of dust, noise, water cut off and elevator problem. They didn’t accept to cancel our reservation when we asked. It was a worse travel experience.

Not worth the money

This is definitely not 4 star. Very old, gym and pool not operating. Dark and dirty and smells like smoke. Rooms were a good size, we had a family room and close to the airport.

Lucky to get my passport back...

The worst hotel if you could call it that, staff and customers don't like western visitors, I checked in at 3pm got my key at 5pm left at 9pm to sleep in the airport were I felt safer......

GO if your other choice is to sleep on the street

++: being close to the airport --: everything else, not just dirty, it is like it has never been cleaned, bad behavior from the staff, bad service, no toilet paper, none of the appliances in the room works properly, it is a complete opposite of comfortable! we had to stay here because another hotel cancelled on us when we were on board of our flight to Istanbul and we had no other place to go at the time

stopover

booked this hotel for its close proximity to ataturk airport for a one night layover. my flight was expected to arrive at 11am but ended up delayed until 5am however upon arrival staff were very helpful and we checked in without problem. rooms were safe and clean although a little dated. breakfast was average with the usual continental style. before heading back to the airport we asked about using facilities such as fitness centre, spa and indoor pool but were told by the manager all these were unavailable!!

Not the best Ataturk hotel

Very hard fir the taxi to find it. He called the desk to get the direction, they were not much helpful either. The breakfast contained very few items, everyhting cold, even thepre-made scrambeled eggs. It might be because of Ramazan that the food collection and presentaion was poor, may be!
