Dirty and smelly bathroom and toilet

There were issues with the plumbing if the bathroom and toilet and therefore there was a terrible smell in the room. When the reception was informed about the issue they did not offer an alternative room or even tried to fix the problem. Instead they responded to the complain: "if you do not like it, you can leave without any refund"

Hiç hiyjenik değildi, pisti. Temiz diye koydukları havluda yemyeşil sümük vardı, lavaboda aynı şekildeydi. Oda sigara kokuyordu. Tavanı basık penceresi kalorifer boşluğuna bakan berbat bir yerdi. Odalar asla fotoğraftaki gibi değil. Ödediğim 200 küsür lirayi asla haketmiyorlar. Tek iyi yanı kahvaltısıydı.

L établissement est extrêmement bien placé et proche de toute commodité. Notre chambre etait vétuste. Plafond abîmé par un dégât des eaux. Nous avons du solliciter plusieurs fois pour que le ménage qui n a même pas ete fait. Juste refait le lit et mis des serviettes. Nous avons du descendre plusieurs fois réclamer de papiers toilette et des gobelets etc... des petits trucs qui gâchent un peux le séjour. Quand au petit déjeuner le buffet était tres pauvre .Pas de fruit ....pas de jus d orange...au moin la base . Hôtel décevant.

Жили в номере, окно которого упиралось в стену, точнее до нее было около полуметра, отличный пейзаж в общем. Но это всё ерунда, по сравнению с тем, что откуда-то снизу по вечерам и ночью шел гул труб. Поскольку при закрытых окнах спать невозможно, а с открытым все гудит, то ночи выдались не спокойные. Не весь персонал хорошо говорит по-английски, но тем не менее пытается помочь. Из + расположение и хорошие завтраки.

Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vorallem der Service beim Frühstück ist hervorragend. Aber leider ist das Hotel alles andere als Sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Das Bett ist unbequem und die Bettwäsche Kratzig. Im Badezimmer ist überall schimmel. Daher hatte das Zimmer auch einen üblen Geruch. Ich habe mich nicht getraut ohne schlappen in die Dusche zu steigen. Alles in allem ist es mehr ein Motel als ein Hotel, in sehr zentraler Lagen aber in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Zudem ist es auch Verhältnismäßig teuer.

Lage ist super, zimmer zu dunkel blick auf seitenwand vom nebenGebäude ! Besser ein paar Euro mehr investieren und ne Suite buchen. Suites sind viel viel besser was ich nur von außen sehen konnte. Betten Matratzen extrem weich wahrscheinlich abgenutzt , denke mal wird zeit für neue. Frühstück ist sehr gut!!!
