Lovely Hotel

Lovely hotel with a cafe and a pool. Short drive to town and restaurants. Parking is slim but manageable. Cafe restaurant staff is excellent. Room had a nice view of the city and the water.

Reception and cafe staff were fantastic. Corner water view room had limited water views but rooms were nice and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was lovely but coffee needs to be included in the breakfast and not as an additional charge. Will stay there again.

After an unplanned delay in Turkey, we chose to come to Sile whilst we waited for our visas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Considering that we arrived at 6am, they went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and got our room ready at 9.30am. The rooms were perfect and very clean and comfortable.An unexpected but delightful stay. A nice alternative to the busyness of Istanbul and only 1 hr form the airport Thank you

Well designed, great breakfast.

A well designed boutique hotel. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were spacious. Only issue was the pool. It was green at the bottom, which was a shame as we were looking forward to a swim. Car parking is on a dust dirt road.

A nice new modern hotel. Our room’s AC wasn’t working and it took the staff a while to move us to a working room, all during late night. We spent 3 nights, and the room was not cleaned once. We had to ask for extra amenities at the front desk as nothing was refilled. The breakfast was good and the pool area was very pleasant. It’s walking distance to the beach and about 20-30 minutes to downtown.

Konakladığımız odada yatağın köşe kısmında boydan boya göçük vardı bu sorunu danışmaya bildirdiğimizde ilgileneceklerini belirttiler fakat kimse ilgilenmedi, akşam tekrar ilettiğimizde bir arkadaş yatağı çevirdi fakat düzelmedi. Klozet kapağı da kırıktı ve duş bağlığı çalışmıyordu. Ertesi gün müdürle görüşmeme rağmen servisin hafta içi geleceğini bir şey yapamayacaklarını belirttiler. Ödenen ücretin karşılığında alınan hizmet asla bu olmamalı. Gece uyku uyuyamadım üzerine karşılaştığım tavır da hiç hoş değildi.

Otel yeniydi, konforluydu, açık büfe kahvaltısı fena değildi, odaların temizliği dört dörtlük değildi kapı kenarlarında parmak izleri vardı, banyonun bazı yerlerine yapışmış saçlar vardı vs. Ama odanın genel temizliği bizi rahatsız etmedi nevresimler gayet temizdi. Havuzun 9’a kadar açık olması ve sıcaklığı çok güzeldi. 2 günlük kısa bir kafa dinleme için bize yeterli geldi ve memnun kaldık. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünebileceğim bir oteldi.

Otele müşteri olmadan bile girilebilir güvenlik hiç yok kapıda birileri yok ve kartsız giriş yapılabiliyor. Giriş yaptığımız noktadan resepsiyonu zor bulduk ve sorabileceğimiz kimseye rastlamadık. Kahvaltıda isim oda sormadan geçip oturduk. Kahvaltı tabağı veriliyor porsiyonlar küçük. Odada şampuan duş jeli hiçbir şey yoktu girdiğimizde istediğimizde getirdiler. Otopark dedikleri yer yokuş be taşlı araba çok giriyo. Temizlik ve oda dizaynı iyi olsa da yolum düştüğünde gelir miyiz bir daha sanmıyorum

Otelin tasarımı ve odaların kullanışlılığı çok iyiydi, koridorlardaki klasik müzik ise hoş bir detaydı. Konumu da çok iyi, plaja yakındı. Ancak personel yetersizliği ve iletişim eksikliği ciddi sorunlara yol açtı. Temizlik talebimiz zamanında karşılanmadı, kapı kartı sisteminde yaşanan hata nedeniyle odaya girişte sorun yaşadık. Banyodaki giderin tıkalı olduğunu düşünüyorum çünkü şu ciddi anlamda birikiyor diğer alana taşıyordu. Kahvaltı içerik olarak fena değildi fakat servis çok yavaştı; ikinci gün çay ve omlet oldukça gecikti. En olumsuz deneyim ise yönetici olduğunu düşündüğüm bir kişinin ilgisiz ve ukala tavrıydı. Küçük dokunuşlarla çok daha iyi bir deneyim sunulabilir, umarım geri bildirimler dikkate alınır.
