Istanbul is compact near the main sites. Even walking to the ferries is only 1 mile. The hotel is easy to find. It's clean and while not brand new, very well run. The staff is superb. Breakfast is great. Lots of choices.

Great Hotel, professional ans superb hospitality

From my check-in to check-out everything was great. I’ve arrived very early at the hotel, Mr Kamuran was at the reception (hotel manager) he welcomed me with a great smile, his very friendly and professional. Mr Kamuran has offered me to upgraded my room for free of charge 🙏. Breakfast at hotel is a traditional Turkish breakfast, you can’t go wrong with Turkish breakfast anyway. My room was quite big with balcony, really nice and clean. During my stay every single hotel staff was asking me if there was anything more they could do. Hotel is at a very central location, it’s walking distance to all amenities, Hagia Sophia mosque, blue mosque and topkapi place is 5 mins walking distance, public transport (tram) is 5 mins walking distance, grand bazaar is walking distance too. Most of hotel staff speaks English, some speak Russian and Arabic as well, it’s easy to communicate. I like to thank all hotel staff for their great hospitality and professional service. We stayed in room 507.. it has a balcony where you can look to Hagia Sophia. Very quiet, comfortable bed. Breakfast room very cosy, good choice of food, excellent staff. 10 minutes walk to the main attractions. Dimitri is a great manager, helpful with local information and tours without being pushy! Also Richard, the night manager, was very welcoming.

Property online information is not accurate at all. Very small rooms, bathroom very uncomfortable, breakfast is not good at all, have to check out after first night and look for other places in the area. Never had any refund, neither being contacted by property management. Paid for 5 nights and used just one…Don’t recommend any person to pick it up this hotel.

Very basic hotel with clean bedrooms & bathrooms. We booked a family suite which consisted of 2 bedrooms next door to eachother, with a sliding door to separate the 2 rooms from the rest of the hotel rooms, which was convenient as we could leave the doors open while still in the hotel to move around the rooms easily. The only negative I had was the bathroom walls were made of obscured glass and the door didnt have a look, so there was no privacy in the WC/Shower. The breakfast was continental breakfast, so wasnt fancy but they had a nice variety of fresh foods. We all madesure to eat a full breakfast and were satisfied with what we had. Absolutely amazing area, as walking distance to all the main attractions, tram, train station, bus station. Loved it. Istanbul is my favourite city in the world and with this hotel I fell in love with it even more. Definitely will return soon

The room on the top floor with a view on Hagia Sophia was very comfortable. Breakfast was great too. But what made our stay in Istanbul truly memorable and hassle-free was our host Dmitry. Dmitry helped us a lot with advice on places to visit, ways to get around the city, and a bunch of little things that are confusing to foreign visitors.

The facility is too old. The common area including the breakfast area, the reception, the walkways, the elevator are all not ventilated or air conditioned. The rooms are too tight and very small. It is only one access key to the room that has three people making very inconvenient to go outside and return independently. The people are nice but working within very limited resources making it difficult to help their guests professionally and in an acceptable way. I regret staying at this hotel. The only positive thing about a it’s location.

We really loved our experience in this property. All the staff members and specially the manager Mr. Dimitri were very helpful and friendly. They all have a smile on their faces. The location is amazing close to many historical attractions, trains, shopping and the Bosphore. We recommend this hotel and we will come back to it.
