I visited Istanbul November 17th through the 28th for a dental implant procedure for my mother. Everything about this hotel was going great at first the entire staff was very friendly and courteous and most were fluent in English which was helpful especially being in a foreign country so far from home Newyork. The issue came three days before our stay ended i lost my wallet while inside the lobby making the line to ask the front desk for directions to the mall, that morning in particular there were a lot of new guests checking in every that hour was chaotic from having to wait like 15 minutes on the line to loosing my wallet without noticing anything wrong until I checked my pockets and it was gone.
