The staff were great, very help full and polite. The room was okay , bed good, shower good apart from a bit of mould on grout. The location was fantastic, just minuets walk for the train station or 5 minuets from the tramway. We stayed on 5th floor and it was still quite noisy but hay this is Istanbul !! It's Mad , it's loud it's crazy, it's intense, and I love it!!

The space smells like cigarette, and the shower had lots of mold. It was very small and not really space to put the luggage, there was a broken door unhinged from closet just leaning by a wall.
