The room was very comfortable and had good WiFi and air conditioning. My room was on the backside of the building and was quiet. There were good dining options nearby, and it was close to the T1 tram line and the bridge to the old city.

Good location overall but expect some mild noise from outside especially at weekends. Clean room but not very quiet if, like mine, is near the elevator on the 4th floor but still a comfortable stay.

This is a quality hotel with attentive, helpful staff. It merits its 4-star billing on the high quality of the fixtures and fittings in the room. The rooms are immaculate. Breakfast is of a high standard too. Be prepared that the area around the hotel is bustling and noisy. The pool and sauna are nice touches but the gym is very limited. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay to be in the heart of the action.

Excellent stay at Galata's!

This is an excellent stay in an excellent location of Istanbul! The hotel is in excellent condition. The rooms are modern and clean and the air conditioning is top notch. The breakfast is solid as well. Highly recommend.
