Overall a very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was small but quite nice with different choices every day. The bedsheets didn’t feel so clean but after changing them it was ok. Very friendly and lovely staff. The area around may look weird at the beginning but it was safe.

Very good & clean hotel!

Generally very happy about my stay in this hotel! I moved here after 2 very bad & dirty hotels in Istanbul that costed same money, so when I saw this hotel and room: it was already above all my expectations! Hotel & room are indeed CLEAN! Bed is very comfortable, towels are really fresh and very good shower. Tasty breakfast with all you need to start a good day. Special thanks to 2 nice guys that work in the mornings, they were very helpful and friendly. And thanks to the cleaning lady for doing a good job! There was no particular view from the window, but at least it was a very quiet street. The hotel located on not as clean / nice streets, but you just walk 2-3 streets away for few minutes and you are in the most touristic areas already. If I will return to Istanbul - I will stay in this hotel again! :)

Disappointing Service & Amenities

The hotel was brand new but hot water stopped and air condition both stopped working. The staff didn’t provide an ETA on when the air condition and hot water would return. They promised us a free night stay as compensation and then went back on their word. They refused to provide us an invoice upon checkout claiming that Hotels.com would send it. There was two of us in the room and they only gave us a single door card. When I asked for a second, they claimed they usually charge for it. This hotel needs better management and better facilities! Don’t be fooled by the newness and price, save yourself the heartache and book somewhere else!

Meine Freundin und ich waren 5 Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Ein Stern ziehe ich ab, da dieses Hotel etwas versteckt im Hinteren Bereich liegt, in den Abendstunden sollte man da nicht alleine rumlaufen. Aber ansonsten hat uns alles super gefallen. Sehr sauberes kleines Hotel und Frühstück war auch in Ordnung.

Yeni otel iyi konum

Tek yorumu 2 olmasına rağmen konum ve otelin fotolarına bakıp tuttuk, iyiki de yoruma aldanmamışız:) tertemiz yepyeni bir hotel. Çalışanlar biraz acemi ancak sıcak kanlı, kahvaltı mükemmel diyemem ancak gayet doyurucu. Fiyatına göre harika, yine olsa yine gideriz👍
