Giving 2 stars as the reviews and service were not as expected The AC would be turned off around 2-3AM and the heaters would be set to on which was so annoying, I was given a tiny room which was next to the pub which you can imagine the noise so I couldn't open the window either Broken bed given After making so many complaints I was finally given a decent room for the last 3 out of 7 nights

I recently stayed at the Seven Hills Hotel in Istanbul, and my experience was genuinely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The hotel has a warm, traditional atmosphere, and the location is unbeatable—you’re right in the heart of Sultanahmet, steps away from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. One of the highlights for me was the rooftop. The view is truly unforgettable—you can see the historic skyline, the Bosphorus, and the city lights all at once. Whether you’re having breakfast there or just enjoying a quiet moment, it feels peaceful and special. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The service was consistent and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The hotel is also surrounded by restaurants, shops, and historical sites, making it very easy to explore the city. Overall, my stay at Seven Hills Hotel was both relaxing and memorable. I would gladly return and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and one of the most beautiful rooftop views in Istanbul.

Seven Hills Hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are well kept and the housekeeping team does a great job. The rooftop restaurant is unbeatable with great food and outstanding service. The bird feeding on the terrace is a charming touch and makes the experience memorable. The only minor downside was that the drainage in my room was not working perfectly, though I did not request any repair or room change during my stay. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay in Istanbul and I would happily recommend it.

This hotel looked NOTHING like the pictures, but was OK. Nice lobby, nice staff. I thought I reserved a room with a view of mosques, I got a first floor room (second for Americans) on the street with no view. I could hear street conversations, and for whatever reason, there was LOTS of extremely loud - extremely loud - bumping on the walls. I have no idea what that was about, if it was a one off, or??? The hotel is very popular though, including having what is supposed to be one of the better restaurants in Istanbul. Supposedly you could order room service, but there was no room service menu. There was an expense minibar. (Istanbul is expensive period). Other issues included the three level shower not working properly, only the lowest faucet worked, could not get water from the other two no matter what I did. Complementary water, but I noticed one of the bottles had been opened and a previous guest (I guess) had taken a few sips. AC worked really well (it was unseasonably hot), room was clean, and again, staff very friendly and helpful. But don't go in expecting to see what is in the pictures at all.
