Avoid this place. So many better in Istanbul

The staff were not honest or transparent. A couple of times they pushed us into places of lower quality saying it was the best and clearly it was about their kick back for sending people there. Over 3 days we didn’t get a room cleaning once.

Lovely location, near the coast. Built in the 1800’s, so be prepared to visit a bit of nostalgia. The room decor suits the era the building was built in, which is spectacular. The staff are great. The rooms and bathrooms were quite clean. The family room was large, with three single beds in one room and a larger, king size bed in another. The are was spacious. Only down side was that there was a smell of onions and food coming into our side of the room from either the vents or below kebab shop. Otherwise a recommended hotel for a few days if you wish to stay near to the Istanbul sites.

Room was amazing!

The family room was excellent and really beautiful. 3 twin beds and one king. Room had a refrigerator, safe, great AC and really nice washroom amenities. The room was absolutely fantastic. High ceilings and made me feel like a king. Only complaint is that there is quite a bit of street noise. Otherwise the hotel itself has spiral staircase, tiny elevator. Breakfast was ok. Nothing absolutely amazing but I think it was very traditional and not my type. They had everything including pastries and scrambled eggs, etc.

Property was close to everything. Both the Grand Bazar and the Spice Bazar are within walking distance. Easy to get a bus or the subway. Lots of food choices

Very convenient location, staffs are friendly and extremely helpful. Stayed at the Executive suite which has 2 rooms and spacious but the room with Queen bed doesn’t have a closet or any place to hang clothes. Suggest hotel to look into this. Mattress is firm and soooo comfortable which rested our bodies after long walks around the city. There was a sewer smell in the middle of the night on our return stay at suite #206 but not on our first stay with suite #106. The smell went away after 30 minutes. An old charm but updated facilities.

Superb hotel

The place is near korcyki tram station. At the centre of shops and restaurants. Safe to go around even in the evening. HUMAY, the staff in reception is really helpful that makes our check in smooth. She guides us on how to get to places. The room is clean, super comfortable bed and pillows. Enough size for the 3 of us. Delicious breakfast which is included when I booked this hotel. All staff are polite and accomodating. They make sure that all our querries are answered. I will recommend this hotel to whoever is visiting Istanbul Turkey.

I booked transportation from airport to the hotel. It was a terible service, dirty van, smelly, shaggy....unproffessional driver.... I complaint and asked to speak to the manager.... they always said he wansnt available for 4 days... finally manager came to reception on day 4 of my stay, he didnt speak any language but Turkish (I offer to speak in 4 different languages but he said he spoke only Turkish.. he said it wasnt their responsability the transportation that they provided... they charged 70 euro and that you had to pay in the hotel, but didnt want to make discount. lthey locked me out of my room (disabled the card) until I paid because I said I wanted to talk to manager first....never been treated that bad in any hotel
