Everything was bad , There is a trap room that makes you book it at a reasonable price, but it is so bad that they force you to change it and pay twice the price

Hotel property is in the terrifying condition. Mold, dirty walls with fallen pieces of plaster. Some rooms are not so bad, but the first one they’ve gave to me was total disaster. On the other hand, it pretty close to any kind of shops and seashore.

There was a mistake, I booked a big double room for single use, but the hotel received info about a single room reservation. The single room is not comfortable at all, it is approximately 6 sq meters big, and I do not find a toilet in a shower very attractive. There was a fridge but no plugin in the wall. However, the staff was very kind and helpful. It was reasonably clean, since it is old it might not appear so.

Good value for money

Stayed here for New Year’s Eve and surrounding dates. I was in one of the basement rooms, the room was a good size for single person occupancy, the bathroom was small and there was nowhere for the shower head to attach to the wall but for £35 a night it was really good value for money. Where this was in the basement there was a slight odour coming up from the drains but I didn’t spent much time in the room so this wasn’t an issue for me personally. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, I would recommend staying here to others as the location is really good and overall I’d say this was brilliant value for money. The only problem I had was the WiFi in the room wasn’t good, it worked on one side of the room but not the other, but again this wasn’t a big issue as my friends were in the hotel also and it was nice to have a bit of a internet detox whilst I was in Istanbul. The room was heated and considering how cold the city was this made for a good nights sleep, the bed was comfy and the blinds kept the light out really well.

The sheets and pillow cases torn and dirty, the room was also very dusty, on arrival. The room had a kettle but no cups, had to ask for one. It stated when I booked that bottled water would be available, not so. I was very disappointed with the service and hotel.
