Extremely kind staff. My friend and I traveled from America and spoke limited Turkish, but everyone was so kind and accommodating. Good breakfast and clean safe hotel. The rooms are small and simple but very pleasant. Couldn’t ask for more. We would come back!

1. Reception were kind enough to let me have breakfast, even though I arrived before check-in on day 1 2. Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to/from the Aksaray Metro which is next to the drop-off/pick-up for the Airport shuttle bus 3. Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to/from the Aksaray Tram stop, which services the main tourist sites such as Sultanahmet 4. Daily room clean and towel replacement 5. As it is an older building, the room space and bathroom are smaller but was sufficient for 2 guests travelling with a medium-sized suitcases

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – nie wieder! Das Hotel entspricht in keiner Weise den Angaben bei Expedia. Das Zimmer war alt und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Möbel sind abgewohnt, die Matratze war durchgelegen und sehr unbequem. Die Minibar war komplett leer – keinerlei Getränke oder Snacks. Das Zimmer lag direkt an einem Busparkplatz (Autohof, )was es extrem laut machte – an erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste, das ich je erlebt habe. Sogar der Pudding war verschimmelt – absolut unzumutbar!

Il personale della struttura è sempre pronto, gentile e disponibile. Molto buono il rapporto qualità -prezzo per chi ama vedere il luogo e non stare tutto il giorno in albergo. Non c'è la tipica colazione italiana, ma il buffet è abbondante e vario. La camera era era spaziosa, le finestre isolavano bene dai rumori, i letti comodi. Ho apprezzato la posizione strategica della struttura, per muoversi sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Il quartiere è di tipo recente, vi si trovano posti di ristoro economici e spartani, ma dove ho mangiato meglio che nelle zone più rinomate, buonissime pasticcerie e negozietti vari, la comodità è che sono aperti fino a tardi.
