the property was in a good location, staff was nice when you saw them. the rooms were small and not laid out well. the bathroom was tiny. the show had no water pressure.

Beautiful location and lovely grounds. But rooms are not as pictured at all. Several things didn't work in room and at hotel such as outlets, elevator, chairs, etc. Staff was terrible. No housekeeping. Cannot get ahold of anyone have to go to Postcard to talk to front desk. Every time at front desk it takes over an hour. Very rudely kicked off beach twice in different areas to setup for wedding. Very disappointed in stay.

Was very disappointed with ability to contact ANYONE with issues with the room. Had to drive back to office that was at a different hotel site. We were apparently not the only dissatisfied guests, after noticing 3 other families with the same issue.

Front desk staff and supervisor were not accommodating, they do not return your phone calls either. The only thing that I took advantage in my two short days was the "free" breakfast which at check out I was charged a $35 resort fee.

Resort fees include breakfast, vehicle parking, wifi, comp water, coffee, tea, and use of kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles. We hope in your two days that you enjoyed the beautiful Florida Keys.
