Front desk staff and supervisor were not accommodating, they do not return your phone calls either. The only thing that I took advantage in my two short days was the "free" breakfast which at check out I was charged a $35 resort fee.

Thank you for your feedback. The third party you booked with should have explained that you pay the resort fee at the resort. Resort fees include breakfast, vehicle parking, wifi, comp water, coffee, tea, and use of kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles. We hope in your two days that you enjoyed the beautiful Florida Keys.

I like it was on beach and good condition. I didn’t like that it was too windy to enjoy some of the water activities which isn’t their problem.

Didn’t like resort fee. Didn’t get anything other then continental breakfast for the 35. a night. Issues with lock, locking us out and having to go to front desk
