I felt the staff was very accommodating. We had a last minute change of plans and had to bring our dog. They didn’t make a big deal out of it. It made a stressful situation so much easier. The man at check in was very nice. The room was spacious, clean and overall nice. Easy parking. Great location.

Wow! This hotel and its staff are amazing! We spent the holidays here and it was the best experience. Place is right off the highway, we went to Sea World, Disneyland and other places with smooth convenience. Overall it was the best stay we’ve had in a long time. Priscilla at front desk so accommodating. We arrived at 9am as we had gotten off a cruise ship and come directly to the hotel. She hadbroom cleaned as soon as she could and we were in room by 10:30.
