Highline Vail - a DoubleTree by Hilton
"I really like this place. I've been there four times. HOWEVER, they do not maintain their pool. If pools are important to you, do not stay here. I just completed a trip there and the pool had hundreds of dead black bugs (looked similar to flies but not sure what they were). It was disgusting. It seems no one maintains the pool. They can skim it manually or monitor the skimmer in the pool. It really is too bad because everything else about this hotel is great. I took advantage of the free shuttle into town. The free cookie at checkin is always fun. The restaurant off the lobby is great. They have a nice weight room but I didn't use it."
