What airline is 4O?

4O is the IATA code for Interjet. Airlines from all over the world are assigned an IATA code by the International Air Transport Association. These two characters are responsible for many functions, including air traffic control communications, tickets, tariffs and timetables.

How do I find my flight number?
  • When you've completed your booking, take a look in your inbox for your travel itinerary. Your flight number is in this document. You shouldn't have too much trouble locating it — just keep your eyes peeled for a code consisting of numbers and letters. The first couple of letters and digit are called an IATA airline code and represent the airline you're traveling with. Following this are a few other figures which make up your flight number.
How early can you check bags for a flight?
  • Scheduled check-in times are different across airlines. However, with international flights you can usually drop your baggage three hours before departure. We recommend getting to the airport with ample time to spare as check-in closes about an hour before the plane takes off. If you're on a domestic flight, check-in and baggage drop open two hours before departure and close 45 minutes before takeoff.
If I am not able to travel due to COVID-19, can I change my flight to a later date?

Unhealthy practices. No water in bathroom. Lines and crowded bus during virus health crisis

Only complaint is the plane was 1/3 full, but all of us stuffed together in the back.

I will never fly this airline again!! From check on to exiting the plane was horrible I traveled with my 90 year old dad your crew offered no assistance. Check in was awful, after we got boarding passes I had to enter a different line to pay for my checked luggage? Which took over an hour. Staff seemed confused. Boarding was just as awful in a hot airplane that the staff didn’t even attempt to be friendly. After, we bought water to drink they wouldn’t pick up trash causing people to get up and down to carry the empty bottles to the back where the staff sat. Just an awful awful experience Shanna

blood on my seat (24B) from Mexico City to DFW. extremely concern with lack of sanitization/cleanliness of plane especially with the coronavirus outbreak. 3 out of 4 planes I took did not have any hand soap/sanitizer.
