My stay at 7th cloud resort was average, as when I checked in the room smelled of some smoke, however later the housekeeping fixed it by spraying spray in the room, reception duty was good till afternoon but the person on duty at night time had some problems, he was called many times to send water bottles, still it took time to send them, there was no permission to go to the terrace which is very normal when booking a hotel, you can avail the facility of the terrace to get some open air and peace, but the person himself refused, even sending breakfast to the room was a problem, the guard at the gate closes the hotel gate at night for his own convenience, which makes it difficult to deliver food to the hotel at night. Overall an average stay, these points should be noted
