Checking out was a bit of a challenge.. I needed to get some things to my car in the morning but apparently it was before the valet was available. Wasn’t not offered valet help. Carried my things out to the garage in a frantic search for my car. I was put in the closest room to the smell of paint. Vending machine didn’t work. The gentleman at night was helpful.

This was by far the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I was beyond disappointed and didnt dare sleeping under any covers. Among the issues were a broken lamp shade, holes in the walls, and dirty curtains. I know that the hotel room wasnt expensive but I felt filthy here. The only redeeming quality was Grayson and Chris who worked the valet.

Fridge didnt work called 4 times and the only time maitence came up was for a leak doen stairs lost 30 dollars of food and wasnt even given money back or any compensation wont be back rather pay an extra 2-3 hundred dollars and stay at the Marriott

Upon checkin, we were informed there was a $30 mandatory valet fee to park at your hotel. We were told its on your website. Ive searched you website 3 times and still dont see the heads up on the charge. We were also informed the lot next door is no longer available as our call will be towed. So to avoid the mandatory $30 fee, that we were not previously informed of, we'd have to walk a couple blocks. Im very dissatisfied of the changes. We've stayed at your hotel a few times, this past time will be our last.

Staff was friendly. Parking is NOT included. Long wait for valet. Given an occupied room at check-in but they quickly resolved issue. No hot water. Breakfast was cold, had to reheat in room. Have stayed there in the past. Will look closely at reviews before returning.

The price of a nights stay may be appealing but DO NOT STAY HERE! I promise you will regret it! The room was filthy, stains on the sheets, and we didn't shower because the bathroom was disgusting. The biggest trick of all is that the only parking option is valet. We booked on a third party site that did not state this clearly. Both the hotel and the site (Travelocity) have refused to make this right for us. Use that $20 valet fee (per day) and stay somewhere nicer! La Quinta/Wyndham is typically a trusted brand but not after this stay!!
