I’m not sure if this was more an issue with Travelocity or the hotel but we didn’t get the room we paid for. It took nearly 25 mins to check in because of a “system issue”. At no point during this did we get informed we would not be getting the room we booked, we found out when we opened the door. I think an issue could have been avoided by just telling me straight up instead of hoping I wouldn’t notice. Also breakfast was horrible, comically bad that everyone was laughing because one of the microwaves was broke and the options were Barron compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in recently.

The floors needed to be vacuumed. I believe we were bitten by fleas. Didn’t seem to believe That cleaner is better.
