The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was adequate, and location was great for a short drive to Main Street area. The hallway carpets have seen better days and some upkeep was needed including the bathroom fan not working properly and the smoke alarm light kept flashing. Minor inconveniences though and staff were very friendly. Would book again!

Pillows and sheets smelled like sweat and musty. Came home with rash on my legs! Parking lot was covered in ICE and no ice melt it was dangerous! Staff was rude and inconsiderate. Booked for 2 nights, morning after night one a winter storm warning was issued and my meeting cancelled needed to get home before weather hit INDY and my home. Mgr 12/1/25 8am said nothing he could do cause I booked thru Expedia. Extremely rude and not helpful at all!! I told him if disgusting bed sheets he shrugged it off. I will never stay at this property again and will encourage the event hall next door and my company to avoid if this is how guests are treated!
