The home was very clean. Unfortunately there is a strong mildew like smell in the house. Also the bathtub itself needs redone.. not very pleasant. For those two reasons we would not stay there in the future.

Amazing!
I would highly recommend staying at Kathy's place. It is exactly like posted and much more. Very well taken care of and very comfortable. I was in town for a conference at the fairgrounds and this was very convenient.

College Volleyball Weekend
This place was one of the cleanest, most accommodating places we have stayed. Perfectly situated not far from Indy airport and our trips to Purdue & IU over the volleyball weekend. Loved all the Pioneer Woman kitchen accessories and the availability of anything we would need during our stay. Loved the fact that our host didn’t expect us to do ALL the cleaning on the morning we needed to catch a flight. Soooo appreciated!

What a gem!
This place was great! Stocked with everything you could possibly need and is in a nice residential neighborhood. Danville is a great town with lots of places to eat and even had a bit of entertainment at the Kickstand bar and grill. Only regret that we weren’t staying more than one night.

Sister Weekend
Wanted to stay someplace where my sister and i could chill and catch-up. Perfect location. Quiet street and not far from town. Beautiful town center. Kathy was great and extremely responsive. The dulpex was clean and was our home away from home. Highly recommend.
