Quiet country home close to Independence

Located down a gravel road, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is your country escape. A large kitchen, living room and private office room allow guests plenty of room for their own space. Only 15 minutes from Independence, Kansas, this home offers all of the necessities.

The home will comfortably sleep six adults and includes a small travel crib. Each of the three bedrooms include walk-in closets. Four beds, two futons and a couch provide ample sleeping places for guests.

An outdoor deck with built in seating provides the perfect place to enjoy cooking on the Blackstone grill provided or for a morning coffee from Keurig provided.

Enjoy the sunrise and sunset views during your stay. Lots of wildlife in the area! This is a very quiet home, not near a busy road.

Gorgeous country property with spectacular views
We had a great time visiting the area of Independence, KS and it wouldn't have been as enjoyable had it not been for Sara and the property her family shared with us. From the moment we drove down the road, we knew we picked the right place to stay. Close to the small city life yet far enough to enjoy the relaxing views along with all the peace and quiet you need. We thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to stay here and will definitely be looking at staying again on our next Kansas vacation!
