Spacious two story accommodation in a beautiful villa with sea & mountain views

Zazenda House is located in The Bay of Kotor, 25 km from Dubrovnik's airport, in the tranquil village of Njivice (1 km from the Croatian border). The village is by the sea featuring many options for swimming, from the concrete piers to two private hotel beaches (entrance fee). There is a market and a restaurant in the village, and a supermarket 2,5 km away. Public transport with 4-5 tours/day. Iberostar Herceg Novi Hotel, just four minutes from the house provides an ATM.
Our property features several balconies and terraces and outdoor dining areas, BBQ in the garden and a magnificent view over the Bay. Here you enjoy your vacation in spacious and private settings in the green mature garden.
