분양 안 된 원룸 오피스텔의 일부를 호텔로 운영해는 듯한 유령 호텔 수준! 주차장부터 카운트까지 아무런 안내가 아예 없어 한참을 헤맨 뒤 카운트로 가서 문제를 제기하니 마치 처음 듣는다는 듯한 반응. 딱 원룸 방에 들어가 탁자를 옮기니 먼지투성이. 비추합니다

-6度の日の夜にチェックインしましたが、部屋に暖房がonになっておらず、スイッチをonにしてから部屋が暖まるまでの2時間は寒かったです。冷蔵庫には、ミネラルウォーター人数分とスパークリンググレープフルーツ飲料が2本入っており嬉しかったです。電子レンジ、食器、IHヒーターなどがありました。TVは32インチでしたが、ボリュームを1(0になる前の小さいレベル）にしても耳障りような大きい音だったので苦でした。（設定で高音が最大になっているかも知れませんが、リモコンでは調整できませんでした）駐車場の入口が紛らわしかったです。

今回はお世話になりありがとうございました。日本人の投稿があまりないので投稿いたします。先ずは利川綜合バスターミナルからは徒歩10分ほど、アンフン公園を抜けると近道です。利川の繁華街もバスターミナルの近くです。近くにコンビニはセブン、CU、GS25があります。また徒歩10分にロッテマート利川店有り。午後11時まで営業、日曜定休日。ここに行けば衣食住なんでも揃います。フロントは基本お昼頃から午後九時くらいまで人が居ます。その他はキオスク若しくはインターフォンにて対応私も夜遅くにワインオープナーをお借りしたのですが快く部屋まで届けてくださいました。また、トイレが詰まった際は人が居る時間を見計らってフロントに相談し対応して下さいました。総じて不便なく滞在できました。ハイツの一部分がホテルみたいなので住人の方もいらっしゃるのでお気をつけください。また、宅配(日本でいえばウーバーイーツ)の方が頻繁に出入りしてます。
