The villa has a beautiful 3,000 m2 private garden with a standard 11 x 5 metre swimming pool. You can enjoy pleasant moments on the terrace and the barbecue area, surrounded by a natural and peaceful environment.

En general la casa es muy comoda y nos lo hemos pasado muy bien

Ubicacion perfecta, muy tranquila. La mejor piscina. Un jardin muy bonito. Y en general la comodidad de la casa. Buen aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Son detalles pero se pueden mejorar facilmente, barbacoa oxidada, cafetera funciona mal, calidad del agua (olia mal y tenia arena) Una ducha para la piscina estaria genial!!

The place (at 10' from everything): we have the chance to be at the beach in 10' and in a quiet place with amazing view. the big room. the swimming pool. the garden, the space and confort. Peoples were very friendly and support us for all our demand. The kitchen ustensil + barbecue should to be more recent The dishwasher little bit old Internet a little bit low especially for working and sometimes on Netflix

Die Buchung war last-minute und wir waren beim Anblick der bilder nicht ganz sicher ob das Haus mehr zu bieten hat als einen Pool. Dort angekommen waren wir jedoch sehr positiv überrascht, denn das Haus ist wirklich riesig und mit die zivilisierteste Ferienunterkunft in der ich je war. Neben modernen Bädern und guter Ausstattung war alles sauber und top gepflegt. Etwas überrascht waren wir über den unangekündigten Besuch des Gärtners gegen 18:00, der plötzlich über den separaten Eingang auf dem Grundstück stand. Abgesehen davon (und dem sonst auch üblichen Besuch des Pool-Pflegers) kann man dort aber in Ruhe und ungestört den Urlaub genießen.

Great villa. As advertised. Recommended.

Clean, tidy. All new and as shown on website. Pool area very nice and very spacious. Property manager very helpful and professional. We had 1 small issue with shower and someone came to villa very quickly to fix it. I would stay here again. We loved the secluded location. If you want a 2 minute drive5 minute walk to the village, this is a bit further away. 5 minutes in car to local bar/restaurant and small market. 10-15 minutes drive to Santa Gertrudis, a very nice village with cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket. 15-20 minutes drive to beach, but the villa pool is great.
