"This was as basic as a stay gets. No place to put clothes. Stains on the carpet. Everything was an upcharge. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Could hear noise from people walking on the floor above as well as the street. Very convenient location . Internet was fine. USB ports were worn out and didn’t charge. It was fine if one is looking for convenience and economy."

"The room was clean. There was no hot water in the morning. Something in the bathroom (hot water heater??) was leaking. When had the shower running to try and get hot water, it leaked out of the stall. Soap dispenser was basically empty. Location has conveniences but was a little less than safe feeling. Bad smell in the hallway of our floor. Would not stay again."

"Conveniently located to train and metro hubs in city center, The Hub sparkled with youthful energy. Breakfast buffet was outstanding in variety, quantity and freshness of offerings, and the dining room was spacious. Room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, but the thermostat couldn't cool the room well and the lighting was insufficient. The mini fridge is stocked with costly options leaving no room for personal foodstuff. Excellent fitness spaces with weights, cardio machines, mats, balls and circuit trainers. Unfortunately the dry sauna and the jacuzzi were inoperable both evenings for us."
