Good value in a very expensive city. Provided free hot water, as well as some breakfast basics available for purchase. Nice common lounge area to relax. Coffee,tea and bar for drinks purchase. Very clean, large bathroom. The building opposite was being demolished, which made it a bit noisy but absolutely fascinating to see the work progress. Very impressed, I would definitely seek out this chain in the future.

This hotel is close to the transportation hub in Oslo Sentrum! It's a little bit loud being in the heart of the city, but I put on headphones to fall asleep and was fine. There isn't real staff to check you in, but everything worked flawlessly with the no staff situation. There was a little coffee bar in the front that was staffed and that was awesome for the morning! Would stay here again!

Good stay

Good basic hotel that fits your basic needs. No iron in the room( Provided on the 7th floor) or any kettle (hot water and tea/coffee available at reception.) For 2 nights we were completely fine as the proximity to the train station was of most importance.

Modern hotel in very convenient location is using public transportation. Close to lots of attractions, very walkable. Building demolition/construction next door can be loud at times. Overall, very good experience, would stay again.

So I always stay here whenever I am in Oslo, strangely I forgot the room no that I always stay in and I managed to get in touch with the property and showed them my pics of the room from previous two stays. And they found the room. Sadly they could not allocated me for the first night , I guess they forgot, but next day they made sure I got the room. They were super duper nice and welcoming and apologetic for the situation, makes me realise how caring they are towards their guest. I work in one of the luxury 5 star hotel in london and seeing this in Oslo made me feel good about working in hospitality. And Also, they gave me their email to book my specific room with them when I am visiting again. I usually visit 2-3 times a year to Oslo. And the hospitality and the view from my room makes me wanna come back to this hotel again and again. Thank you everyone , the whole team ♥️🇳🇴 love SUMAIR

The room unfortunately had some issues, one bedside table was hanging off the wall and so was at an angle so anything you put on it slid off. Also the socket there did not work. The flush on the toilet was partly broken too. There was demolition work going on right outside our window which started at 7am through until it started to get dark about 8.30pm and was noisy. There was a sign in reception about providing ear plugs for the guests though! When exiting the hotel you had to walk through a cloud of dust from the demolition work. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable however.

Large construction work outside the property still make this a noisy location if you intend a longer stay in bed. Despite request for a room backside of building, this was not facilitated. Rooms are clean and fresh with good shower cubicles. Prices seem expensive right now for what you get.

Our rooms we very small and uncomfortable. One side if the bed was stuck against the window and the two ends were against the walls. One could only use one side to get in and out of the bed. There was no room for storage in the room except two drawers under the bed. We had to hang everything on the hooks on the walls. There was no coffee in the room and one had to pay for the coffee in the lobby. There was an ironing room on the top floor but no iron in the rooms. Despite these few inconveniences, we had a great time. The location of the hotel is prime: 3 min walk to the Oslo central train station. And the staff were very friendly.
