The rooms were hot and the temperatures did not adequate throughout the stay. Visited in Sep cool weather. But the room temperature was just off. Otherwise would have been 5 atars.

We thought the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Hotel is really close to city center transportation wise and that made it easy to get around using public transportation.

Fantastic location next to the Railway Station (3 minutes walk). The breakfast buffet is of epic proportions. Restaurant has a small menu but top notch quality. Rooms are small but that is the norm in Europe. It is a bit pricey but do recommend it for staying in Oslo.

Hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Clean. I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly though if you are traveling with small children. The room was very dark and lots of sharply shaped decor, glass vases on the floor, and toddler eye level outlets.

A very convenient, luxurious hotel

Stayed here with my daughter. Our room wasn’t bad - but a bit dark. The hotel though is lovely - great breakfasts, gyms are good, but pool is very small. Location is excellent.
