This is our first time in Sahla Hasheesh. The hotel was place in a nice area. But services were not that good. Our room did not have any water, coffee making machine. The beach area from the hotel lack of service and not luxury as we expected. Overall we rate this poor in general.

What I didnโ€™t like that the staff are poorly trained and unprofessional housekeeping is poor and room is not clean and has no towels and when I requested towels it took them 30 min and they brought me 1 towel and during checkout I was the only guest at the reception however I have to wait 20 min to get my invoice ready because the manager was on the phone !

Far from town but spacious and quiet

It is more a residential area and it is very hard to find and get to. But otherwise it is a very nice and spacious room with fine service.
