The elegantly styled muted interiors exude quality, ensuring guests feel instantly at home. For nestling into at the end of a busy day exploring, the attractive sitting room offers ample seating on sumptuous sofas appointed towards a Smart television. The well-equipped kitchen / dining space has been thoughtfully styled to star as the social heart of this property. Sit up bar stools at the breakfast bar make the ideal place to perch to entertain the nominated chef as they rustle up a delicious banquet made from the area's famous local produce. With seating for ten guests, the large dining table is the perfect place to gather to create lasting holiday memories. Large panoramic bi-fold doors open up to the verdant garden, allowing a cool breeze to drift through in warmer months. Ideal for rinsing away sand, a convenient ground floor shower room is located next to the entrance hall, and completes this floor.
Upstairs, four well appointed bedrooms are presented. Boasting views across the garden to the coast beyond, the master bedroom hosts a super-king size bed, and is served by an en suite shower room with generous walk-in shower. A king-size bed is offered by bedroom two, which also has its own en suite shower room. Twin beds are available in bedroom three, with fun bunk beds and a colourful children's library provided in bedroom four. With feather bedding dressed in fine white linens, guests are guaranteed to experience a deep restorative sleep. These bedrooms are served by a fully-tiled family bathroom featuring a deep bath with shower over.
Outside, the enclosed rear garden enjoys views across open fields to the coast, and is an inviting sun trap for much of the day. Mostly laid to lawn, and featuring a large patio area with plenty of outdoor furniture, this is a fantastic space for guests to gather to relax and share in each others company. To the front, ample off-road parking is available for up to three cars.
