A lot of confusion. But overall, a nice stay.

Our initial rental was changed to another unit in the same building a week before our stay. No biggy. Upon arriving, we were asked to download apps to get into the condo and for parking. Literally, right as we arrived and just wanted to get in after a 7 hour drive. In my opinion, this should be done well in advance of arrival. Made it very stressful with a child. Our ac did go out during our stay, and she did get it fixed a couple of hours later. Panic did set in after calling her multiple times without a response. She was very friendly overall and I do appreciate her hosting us. Honestly, just a confusing stay. But the place was nice.
