I liked the location close to NRG stadium,I could walk ,what I didn’t like is the room was not cleaned for the 3 day stay

The great experience overall was with Tiffany during our stay at the property. She was apologetic that it was not posted before my booking this property was under renovation which contributed to no housekeeping services, uncomfortable, and disarray of the room. Apparently, it did not change the pricing of the booking or compensate for lack of resources such as detergent vending machines were not proci. Again, Tiffany deserves a customer service award because the other person who was on duty on the evening of Dec 17 however, on the phone was not very friendly. Hopefully if it was a potential guest or future guest they would not be deterred to stay. Yet, myself and two others while waiting for the conversation of the evening representative on duty were not acknowledged with any courtesy upon entering the lobby.

No toilet paper in the room, rust & dirt all over the tub, stained bed linens & jack hammering/construction all day long while I was trying to work. Definitely a disappointing stay.

Smoking room

They did not have the queen suite, non smoking I reserved so they put me in a double queen, smoking room. The door was missing any safety features (chain or bolt) and the latch barely fit in the frame. Had to use a chair to bar the door so I would feel safer. The whole room felt like it was leaning and you could see the cracks in the drywall and corners where the wall was pulling away from the frame. Whoever was smoking in the room prior to my arrival was not smoking tobacco and the room reeked of marijuana. Had to change out the filter on my CPAP machine the next day because I could still smell it the da after. Bed was comfortable enough and they looked clean. AC kept the room cool. Outlets were hard to find to charge phone, Overall it was a place to catch a night of sleep and the price was the lowest in the area.

The only problem I had was upon arrival and check in time(about 3:30 PM).There were no towels at all in the room.I had to wait until about 7:00 PM.to get towels to shower and had an appointment at 7:00 pm.I was Late for my appointment.I find that not acceptable!!!!!

Stay Away From This Place

Pros: The coffee was pretty good.
Cons: The whole place needs to be cleaned and sprayed for all types of insects and bugs.
First I booked the room with 2 beds. Upon arrival those rooms were already given out and my sister and I were given separate rooms. After the first night we found roaches and other bugs in both rooms. My sister had exactly 1 towel. Unbelievable. Staff at hotel advised they didn't receive complaints and we would have to call the corporate office. Desk clerk was handling similar complaints from other occupants. Also we were awaken by dogs barking in the next room during our second night. I can't say whether or not this was an example of this hotel chain or just this one hotel. I was here for my cancer treatment and will never come back to this place again.

I read alot of bad reviews.

Before booking I read alot of bad reviews but I have to say, they were wrong. It was my graduation stay and TIFFANY made us feel completely welcomed. She helped us in every possible way. The room was cute the AC worked fine and it was clean. The TV's might need to be a little upgraded but other than that I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tiffany!

Bad! All Bad.

If you're into roaches, filthy bathrooms, and absolutely no amenities be my guest. I had to even ask for towels and wash cloths.
