The room smelled like smoke, the comforter and sheets had stains as well as blood stains that werent mine. There was no kitchen items(coffee maker, etc) in the room. But the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If it weren't for my desperation and need of the cheaper price for the stay i would have went somewhere else.

My Most Disappointing Hotel Stay Ever

Pros: I did not like must about the hotel, the room was spacious.
Cons: Soap, lotion, shampoo gel, & coffee added to each room. Pillows should have cases. Smoking areas moved from the entry points. Monitor parking areas.
Location: Plenty of eateries and activities near by. I expected a better experience because of the area. Totally disappointed.
My worst hotel experience started only one hour after check in. I wanted to freshen up but, there was no water in the hotel for over 3 hours. The bathroom was not clean, hair in the sink on the towels and the tub faucet leaked continuously. The bedding cover was thin and the pillows did not have pillow cases. I requested extra blanket and pillows with cases. According to the hotel representative there were no additional pillows, cases or blankets available, this is total unacceptable. There was only one piece of soap in the bathroom, no shower gel or lotion. No coffee in the room and after 9:30 AM you could not get coffee from the lobby. My room was not cleaned once. My room was non-smoking but, when I use the bathroom I could smell the smoke from the other room coming in through the vents, walls, drains or under the door. I used two exit and entry points coming and going throughout my stay. Either my wife and I had to walk through groups of people standing outside drinking and smoking or walk through clouds of smoke when using the main entrance. Smoke areas should not be at the main entrance or any entry. It is a huge discomfort and inconvenience to non-smokers. The hotel guest should not have to be subjected to drinking and drunkenness when coming and going. Each time I returned I was stopped by security and questioned, "do you stay here, name and room number". The hotel seemed unsafe and put me on edge or alert that the hotel may not be a safe place to stay. The Worst!!

Good in general

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Poor breakfast
Remember to bring your own shampoo as they don´t give you any. I´m not sure if the Front Desk will, but they don´t live any in the room after clean-up. Also soap is very small, would last for 3 showers, but you can get extras from the Front Desk. "Free breakfast" is a grab and go coffee + fruit.

Please dont!

we cheked in at 4:30 our two rooms very still dirty, they asked us to go eat and comeback in two hours, we didnt not, we called web, they imediately confimred our distisfacion with the hotel manager, and refunded our money via credit card. The hotel is extremely dirty, they dont have houskeeping service, unless you stay more than 7 days. manager did everything possible to get our money refunded, so it was not her fault. never,, never, never again.
