I travel a lot but this was the best service I have ever experienced. The only door I touched was the room which was incredibly appointed with Bvlgari amenities. We had one of the most amazing breakfasts in the restaurant on the lobby floor- Cultivated F+B. The breakfast on the mezzanine is included as well. Guests receive a $25 certificate for food, beverage, and room service. Macaroons upon arrival in the room and complimentary champagne upon check-in plus turndown service. 5 star all the way. Actually, we can’t wait to stay here again!

I booked my room online less than 24 hours before I arrived and was thrilled to get it. The women at the desk were very welcoming when I arrived. The breakfast was very satisfying. I was able to walk to the Wortham Center for the Sunday matinee opera (but would not have wanted to do that at night after the Saturday evening performance. I would easily book the Lancaster again.
