We had a wonderful stay! The area was nice and quiet, everything we wanted to do and see was a short 15-30 min drive. The home was spacious and accommodated our group easily (five 16 year old boys) and our adult friends. One of our favorite vacations homes to date!

From making reservations through the stay, four days around Thanksgiving holiday, it couldn't have gone smoother. The hosts were very accommedating. We had six adults and seven kids ranging from 6 yrs old to 14 yrs old. Having the bedroom on all three levels worked so well. We had plenty of space and separation for each family. The house is beautiful and on the water. Parks and counts five minutes away. We would return again.

10/10 would recommend this home!

I have stayed in plenty of home rentals; but this one was one of my favorites! With a living room on every floor, there is plenty of space for everyone to hang out and be alone if needed. This home was stocked with everything you could imagine! Definitely pack some groceries and essentials, because you are not going to be close to a store. Lake view was incredible, and we loved the kayaks and the paddle boards. We would for sure stay here again!

Beautiful Setting

There were 10 of us, including 4 children, so the ample space was much appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked, including platters that accommodated our turkey. The area was beautiful, and private, right on the lake. Even though the weather was cooler, my wife, daughters and grandchildren took the kayaks out on the lake; they enjoyed that experience very much. Had a fire in the fire pit one night, and roasted marshmallows. If we can get everyone together in warmer weather, we would like to come back.

This house is exactly as described. The house was so big we had plenty of room. Only issue was water pressure in kitchen but we made it regardless. Kids loved the paddle boards and kayaks. We saw deer almost everyday. Thank you for sharing your home we loved it. Sorry i forgot to start dishwasher.

Great view with minimal amenities

Great view of the lake! Great location just outside Hot Springs and Lake Catherine State Park. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Common supplies were not included. Cookware was scratched up teflon coated and a mix and match of different types. Bath towels were thin and scratchy. Hand towels were not provided for in the powder room. Mirrors were only located in the shared bathrooms. Mirrors in the bedrooms would have been helpful to allow multiple people to get ready at the same time. No wastebaskets in the bedrooms, only in the shared bathrooms.

Beautiful and relaxing

We had such a great time relaxing with friends at this property. We had kids ages 6 to 16, and there was something for everyone. The only thing I would add to the property is firewood. We enjoyed the fire pit so much, but we had to go in search of wood. We would definitely recommend this property and are looking forward to staying here again!
