Why does Hotels.com list this property under 'HOTEL' and no proper description as a Holiday home/ Guest house is given? No description about availability of food, how to reach, utilities is mentioned ..not even the pictures of the room have been uploaded. Being in Germany and working with Germans we have an idea of straight forwardness and overall courtesy..and after reaching the property we were mentally prepared for the same. Now the review: - Beautiful location, seneically awesome place amidst lush green hills. - Extremely well maintained premise.. wonderful family of caretakers/ owners of the property and very helpful. Problem areas: - If you would have not called the owners and asked the owners personally( only in a German language) there is no option to go from the railway/ bus station to the holiday home ..2-3 kms ahead and then uphill ( and it started raining). You need to have your own vehicle to reach there. The owners family was courteous enough to pick us up from railway station. - If you do not carry your food( groceries to cook) you can opt to remain Hungry..there are no restaurants or even a supermarket in the vicinity, forget to find that uphill. - In the apartment rooms we did not get even Towels or Sugar/ Tea-cofee and were politely told...IT IS NOT A HOTEL ,here you have to bring everything yourself and allowed to cook yourself in the apartment kitchen. HOTELS.COM/ EXPEDIA TEAM ..Its your failure of not giving clarity in the description

El lugar es muy agradable y tranquilo. El balcón tiene una vista muy linda. Tiene cocina, lo que es bastante práctico. Nos tocó la habitación en el ático y era bastante amplia, la cama era muy cómoda.

Una Noche!

Pasamos una noche,. Al llegar sobre las 19.30h no había nadie en recepción, deducimos que nuestra habitación era el estudio A ya que estaba la puerta abierta, también deducimos que nuestra llaves estaban en el interior e un cajetín abierto en la entrada. Sobre las 23.00h llegaron los propietarios y verificamos que era nuestra habitación, eran muy amables, nos dijeron que nos enviaron un correo explicando el modo de proceder, pero aun no me ha llegado. El sitio es muy bonito con vistas espectaculares, pero no estaba acondicionado para días de calor, la habitación ático no funcionaba el agua del lavabo, las ventanas excepto una, no tenían mosquiteras. Un sitio con encanto pero le falta limpieza y depurar bastantes detalles.

Leider waren keine Handtücher da zum Händeabtrocknen oder duschen. Der Boden war nicht sauber, viel Staub. Die Decke war voll mit Spinnenweben. Sehr schade da es eine tolle Lage hat.

Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen. Der Müll von den Vorgängern war noch im Müll, alles fettig und eklig. Der Backofen innen katastrophal. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, alles eingestaubt und in den Ecken richtig dreckig. Duschwand ging nicht richtig auf und zu. Waschbecken war locker, Klorollenhalter locker. Heizung im Bad mussten wir selbst entlüften weil es die ganze Zeit gekluckert hat. Für diesen Preis nicht zu empfehlen, die Vermieter müssten mal etwas herrichten, alles total veraltet.
