Book a hotel near Hopkins Wilderness Park, South Redondo

"Location is great! Right across Del Amo mall and other grocery stores, so many restaurants. Area feels safe. Check in and out was a breeze. Amenities like the heated pool and jacuzzi was clean and well kept. Room was clean. Staff were great! "

"Stay was fine. There were stains on the bed spreads, and hair in the tub. The TV was non functional (none of the apps worked, and the only "live" channel was hallmark. "

"This was my 2nd time staying here and unfortunately it will be my last. We booked for 2 nights and left a day early this time. The woman and the front desk does not have a friendly bone in her body. I was hardly greeted at check in and she said nothing to me other than asking for my credit card. Guest on our floor and the floor below us were having a loud party starting at about 9:00 p.m. and we experience loud noise, children running on the balcony,loud music and yelling all night. I explained all this when I checked out knowing that my reservation was non-refundable and I didn't get as little as an apology. All the woman at the desk said to me was you can leave. I will definitely not be coming back solely on the lack of customer service. The rooms are basic but clean and this was a great place to stay for a quick and expensive trip to the beach."
