Breakfast, eggs were dry but there was a decent selection. Room was ok however, there was silverware from a previous occupant on the bathroom shelf and there was a plastic shower cap? Covering the smoke detector and the lamp between the beds is faulty. Also, we do not appreciate the signs denying entry to ICE. They have a job to do, what is best western hiding? America first, law and order is key

Room was clean, needed a little airing out, easily fixed with the room unit, which had continuous fan setting, which I consider a big perk, as I need white noise to sleep. Shower pressure a little weak, but overall what was expected. Had trouble with the lock on the door, and I really don't like the chain, too easily broken into. Fridge was nice and big, microwave convenient. Breakfast was nice variety, as expected. I was surprised that most times I was eating, there were 7 people in the dining room, and 4 were employees getting breakfast. Have never seen that before. Rooms were more quiet than any others I have been in, only sound of luggage on rollers going over cement walkways on second level, otherwise, very quiet. Pool and jacuzzi area were clean. Lobby very modern and very clean. Staff easy to come to attention when checking in later evening, very friendly and accommodating. Would have been nice touch to have water bottles in the room, but the one in the lobby with the coffee machine was nice enough. Overall, better than I expected, for the price, was a good selection. I will be back again if I am in the area.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and readily answered all of my questions. The check-in process was very efficient. All of the staff from the food service to the housekeepers were very friendly and supplied a few extra items we needed. The carpet needed to be shampooed, but the bathroom area and all countertops and furniture was properly cleaned and dusted. Overall, a very comfortable stay and I would stay here again.

Everything is nice, but the rooms we had very poor WiFi. Compounding g the problem is it’s located in a cell dead spot, so one bar cell service. Couldn’t open any apps, let alone stream or work.

Large living area of the room, property is setback from the street so it is quiet, the hot breakfast is good. Only issue which is not insignificant is that the bathroom is small. Can only fit one person in it at a time. The door can barely close when using the toilet. Given the overall hotel room is 300 sq ft, they should have remodeled it to make the bathroom 2x to 3x larger. Not a well apporptioned layout of the room.

I was very disappointed with my room, when I checked in I found out that my room was on the outside court, which I don’t like because it was just me and I didn’t feel safe, it felt like a motel, Room was not cleaned, carpet was dirty Walls have mold, there was trash and old fruit under the bed, it was not what I have experienced before, also front desk staff were not very helpful, I almost fell like I was bothering when I asked questions, when I checked out it was very uncomfortable, they were 3 employees eating at the desk and one of them just reached over the desk to receive the keys, no questions on how was the stay or nothing.

Room clean, didn’t care for the breakfast but only because I don’t eat most of the food they served and the coffee was quite horrible to be honest I ended up at Starbucks every morning and bought my own coffee. Beds a bit broken down and too soft… carpet quite stained felt not clean. Lots of construction… but room fairly quiet overall location is great they are remodeling so it will Be much nicer in about a year. Good value for money overall could be a bit better
