Yeah not many highlights.... we're on a floor with the space that does holidays parties which is extremely loud when we're trying to sleep at night. Anytime we try to call the front desk or even room service from the phone the hotel provides in the room, no one answers. The walls are paper thin, causing us to be woken up multiple times in the night from other rooms. The room cleanings were awful as well. I would leave dirty towels on the floor and the cleaners would just pick them up, fold them and Have us reuse them. They did the same with sheets and Pillows. We asked for new ones and Never received them. Overall not a great hotel, especially for the price we're paying.

The room was very clean. I asked for a microwave which was immediately brought up to room at no charge, unlike other hotels which will charge you. The staff was courteous and the hotel had a vibrant atmosphere. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach where one can catch public transportation in front of the hotel. Shopping and dinning within reach just steps away. The ocea view from the lanai was fantastic.

The room were decent size, good view, customer service at check in needs improvement - not friendly, trying to rush you even when no one is in line, even for questions just kept saying yea yea but not answering the questions which caused me to ask another question and they were just not listening or explain the breakfast situation or amenities
