The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and the guest room has two double beds. A bonus room with a queen bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room provide additional sleeping space. The bonus room is attached to an ensuite bathroom which includes the washer and dryer. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home.

The private heated pool highlights the backyard. Relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse the sand from your suit before entering the pool.

The Blue Heron is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Enjoyed this rental!

This was a very clean, nice property. Loved the pool, bikes were included which was very handy, and was very comfortable place to stay. Close enough to walk to beach but also drinkable to the Bayfront for sunrise. Nothing compares to AMI!

Excellent weather. Sea breeze very attentive. Just big enough for the 3 of us-dog friendly.

Easy to rent. Easy to check in. Nice neighborhood. Kitchen had all the amenities needed. Might need an update to furniture in living room. Couch uncomfortable and chairs inadequate. We made it work. Need picnic table in back.

Place was a little outdated and surprisingly dirty.

We were surprised to find the sheets in the master bedroom didn’t look like they had been washed whatsoever there were old yellow stains on the mattress and there was hair all over the sheets so we actually only slept in the master bedroom the first night cause we were exhausted after a 11 hour drive and it was 10 at night so we got to looking the next day and the full size beds were way cleaner so me and my wife slept in a full size bed the rest of the week. Other than the place not feeling very clean it was overall an average place it was outdated looked like they had remodeled some things but then just didn’t finish doing the whole house. There really wasn’t much silverware and dishes to use at all the cabinets were all basically empty you couldn’t hardly get ice out of your fridge for your cooler because the door wouldn’t open all the way because it was up against the wall. Some of the blinds weren’t the correct size for the windows and wouldn’t even go down all the way so not great privacy. Just a bunch of little things that would make this place so much better if they were fixed. We made the best of our stay and enjoyed our time great location and we loved the island.

Not what I expected

This place looked so cute online but, it wasn’t everything I expected. The house was not as clean as I would hope for paying as much as so did for a week. There was no WiFi which was ok but I didn’t get reception when I was trying to listen to music at the pool. The rental company offered to send someone out to clean but it would have taken hours and I didn’t want to wait around for someone while on vacation. They also had two services people came by while I was in the pool. It’s bad when you have to wear shoes through the home because the ground is so gross. I would hope for a partial refund for the lack of cleaning/sanitizing.

The property was a short 5 min walk to the beach, was a great little place and was super well stocked! The beach supplies and bikes in the garage were fantastic. The Seabreeze group went out of there way to be accomodating.

Nice home at a great location
