This place is Amazing. it has everything you could ever ask for in a VRBO. beautiful, clean, elegant, spacious. the best part of the entire house is the massive and many outdoor spaces. so many that we could not even use them all. it is PERFECT for any family. watching sports or a movie from the pool or hot tub. priceless!! it also has everything you could need for the beach as well in the garage, chairs, umbrellas, not to mention if you have an off weather day there is a game room with some really fun games. Kids loved it! The pool was so nice and the Spa was a great place to hang late into the evening. outdoor cooking space was a plus. all in all i promise you, you will not be disappointed.

Perfect beach location and the pool and backyard were perfect to hang out after a day at the beach. More lighting in the back would be my only recommendation around the pool area.

Great vacation!

We loved the convenience of the location to the beach and that a wagon and chairs was provided! The pool was great to relax in during the evenings! The house was clean! We will return to this home!!

Amazing Place

Our family stayed at they property for a vacation and we all had an amazing time. House was clean and spacious. Backyard pool was amazing amenity as well as nicely cleaned gas grill. We really enjoyed our stay and are hoping to come back again next year.

Short walk to the beach

Great location. Super close to the beach. The pool was perfect with kids. Could walk every night to the beach and see the sunset. There are beach chairs and toys at the house that we used throughout the week.

Perfect location

Perfect location and short walk to beach access. Wonderful pool. Had everything we needed for the week. Furniture was a bit tired and in need of updating but other than that, clean, spacious and comfortable.

Great Location, Beautiful Pool

You can’t beat the location and the backyard pool is amazing. We had some minor issues with the pool but it was resolved as quickly as possible with the holiday. Overall, the house could use some updates especially in the kitchen but overall a great stay.

Wonderful visit

Well equipped kitchen, fast wifi, beautiful secluded pool area with fountain, super close to beach and shuttle stop. Cool Spanish tile floors, plenty of ceiling fans, roomy living areas, comfy beds, good water pressure. What's not to like?

Awesome Location!

While this home could us a little TLC, the location is PERFECT! Easy walk to the beach, 1/2 mile to great restaurants and shops and the pool is wonderful. We had a couple of very minor things that needed attention during our stay and the management company was immediately responsive. They have excellent customer service! Will definitely book this house or one nearby again!

Great warm weather getaway

Perfect pool with all day sun! Only a couple blocks to AMI beach and centrally located on the island. Property management company is large but was responsive to minor issues we had. Tile floors and furniture could use a deep clean, but overall, we were happy with the property and would stay again.

Nice house. Nice pool. Close to beach.

House was great. Awesome location. Loved the pool. Would rent again for sure. Had to do a little cleaning when we got there but that is more related to the cleaning crew and not a reflection of the house. We asked about renting next year and we understand that this residence is planned for renovation. Hope they keep it a ranch and keep some of the charm.

Getaway in Paradise

The house was in a great location, right between Bridge Street and Pine Street. The house was very clean and the pool was wonderful. My only critique is that the kitchen utensils and dishes are old, non matching and some were broken. Some of the furniture could be updated. But overall we loved it.

Awesome garden and pool with perfect equipment. Well furnished and maintained house. Very (!) short walk to the beach. Only air conditioning works partly inaccurate. Main bedroom hot at nights (general rooms ok).

Anna Maria island, Beach Walk

Beautiful house within a very short walk to the beaches. Exceptional home, beautiful backyard with an outstanding pool. The pool was flanked by a tropical setting with palm trees and plantings. The area was in the Holmes Beach neighborhood, quiet surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of the heavily trafficked tourist area. Yet, within a short driving distance to all the restaurants/bars. The rental company was very accommodating and very nice people to work with. Without a doubt heading back next year.

Great location

Great location on island to beach and other amenities. Pool was very dirty but management company fixed it right up. The whole house needs a deep cleaning especially floors. The furniture is also in bad shape. But overall worked for us for the week.

Location!

Perfect rental, two minutes walk to the beautiful beach! Wagon and beach chairs are ready to go. Property manager is very responsive and easy to deal with. Pool and backyard are perfect! And the outdoor shower is just awesome! Yes, there are alarms on the doors leading to the pool but it is easy to push the bypass button which becomes habit after setting them off a few times! And be prepared to find nothing in the kitchen. Even with these slight issues, we will stay again. Perfect rental!

Fantastic place for the whole family!

We just stayed for a week and LOVED this property. Great pool and about a 3 minute walk to the beach. My boys loved the rock waterfalls in the pool and we liked that it felt very private even though other houses were very close. The house was well appointed without too many extras, but we had everything we needed. The only thing I’d have changed was allowing a ‘disable’ feature for the door alarms. I understand why they’re there for people with young children, but we just found them annoying and didn’t need them with our older kids. We will definitely try to rent this property again in the future.

Great house very close to the beach

We had a wonderful time visiting the island. The house is super close to the beach and what a a beach! Barely any people on it and we spent most of our time there. The house was as described and perfect size for our group. The pool was lovely but would have wanted some lights outside for the bbq in the evening. It would also be nice with some more (and updated) utilities in the kitchen as alot of it has seen better days. The house is also missing a drying rack which was an inconvenience for wet swim suits and towels. But despite the above we had an amazing visit and would definitely come again. And if you haven’t been to Anna Maria Island you have to go:)
