Clean hotel very friendly staff good location

We were happy with the hotel good location, only problem we had was there was no hot water for the 3 nights we stayed, which was very disappointing as it was hot and sticky, there was still no hot water even after putting booster on,we would stay there again if they sorted the water problem out

Worse place ever

Staff super rude and unfriendly , bathroom fan broken, no outlets, whole building dirty, shower head broken, small cramp and crappy room, noisy. Worse place ever. Never again.

Good Value for price, it was only $37 per room and on New Year’s Eve it was one of the only hotels in district one with vacancy. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Tried to charge double! Yelled at me several times

Reception lady extremely rude, impolite and low class. Told me I can't book on Expedia. Well you have rooms listed there. What did you expect me to do? They wanted me to pay 2x. On check out they tried to stop me from leaving saying I had to pay them money. The reservation was paid 100% in FULL before arriving. Room covered in hairs. Hair on floor, toilet seat, bed and pillows. I travel full time. Listen: Do not stay here. 15 hotels on the same block. Any will be better than here. Absolutely appaling management and reception. I would prefer no english than someone yelling in perfect english trying to scam me.

que dire tellement le séjour a été horrible du début jusqu'à la fin.L'hôtel était en travaux,Pour y entrer il fallait passer sous des échafaudages c'était tellement étroit que nous nous sommes salis.A l'accueil ils ne trouvaient pas notre réservation et voulaient nous refaire payer.Suite à notre refus ils nous ont demander de prouver le paiement malgré les 2 vouchers de hôtel.com nous affirmant qi'ils ne travaillaient pas avec vous.Au bout d'une demi heure,ils ont fini par retrouver les réservations.J'avais réservé 2 chambres familiales je n'en ai eu q'une seule et deux chambres simples pas propres.De plus du côté de l'hôtel où j'étais l'hotel était en travaux au 1er,2,7,et 8eme étages,du bruit de 9h00 à 23h00,ils cassaient tout c'était infernal.Quand mon fils a rendu la chambre familiale au bout de 2 jours j'ai voulu la récupérer pour pour avoir un semblant de calme dans ce côté de l'hôtel,refus total de la réceptionniste,une personne très désagréable.J'avais gardé une chambre pour pouvoir dormir avant de prendre un vol de nuit,une chambre payée mais avec le bruit infernal des travaux de démolition je n'ai même pas pu rester dans l'hôtel.Quand on fait de tels travaux on ferme son établissement c'est la moindre des choses.Le resoect des client n'est pas leur priorité.Pour terminer le petit déjeuner laisse vraiment à désirer,très très peu de choix.Jamais je n'ai connu ce type de situation,avec une réceptionniste obtue
