It is a fraud
What a fraud, I book a hotel 4stars and I got an apartment, dirty, broken bedsheets, broken shower… and the worst that hotels.com does not want to take any raponsability on that when this is a booking through its site.
Unacceptable and totally disappointed with customer service received
