The air conditioning wasn’t working and they kept trying to fix it instead of changing me to a different room with a working AC. It wasn’t until I got upset and it was almost 11pm at night that they agreed to give me a different room. There wasn’t much local food for breakfast and the same dishes were served everyday. Guests from India stayed there were loud and rude. I won’t be coming back or recommend to anyone.

We stayed at the Alagon for 2 nights in the imperial heritage suite. What a stay! Large, comfortable room in the heart of Ben Thanh. Close walk to the markets and delicious stalls and street food in the surrounds.The staff working here were absolutely beautiful and helpful. Always happy. The buffet breakfast was amazing, free airport transfer and the free foot massage was a lovely perk. We will 100% stay here again when we return and would highly recommend to other travellers. Great stay!
