Walking through the door, the first thing I saw was FILTHY carpeting. As the next hour progressed, more and more problems became evident. The kitchen cabinets were packed with useless, as well as duplicate, items. There were 6 frying pans, all with no lids, but only two small saucepans. No place for food items that we needed to store. Broken blinds, scratchy towels, sheets too small for bed, filth in the laundry area. Communication with owner was a series of, "I'm so sorry." Surprise walk-in by Orkin man. He just walked in, having been giving the key code. We were not aware that this could happen, again, "I'm so sorry." We couldn't get TV to operate, "I don't really know anything about it."
