Great Location and Very Comfy

This condo was in the best location for us. Close to bike paths, beach and pickle ball. We enjoyed the back patio every night and the condo was decorated nicely and furniture very comfy. We would stay here again!

Cute condo in Hilton Head.

The condo was clean and quiet. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony. The steps inside were concerning. It was hard to see where the steps ended and the floor began. Caution!

Great location

The place was suitably furnished, the bed was comfortable, there was one thing, disappointing, and that was that there were rugs all over, some of them not in the cleanest. We had to roll the bedroom rug up and slide it under the bed, and we had to roll up the one in the bathroom and put it in the bathroom drawer because it was clearly dirty Once that was done the place was perfect. I really recommend losing all the shag rugs in a rental property and removing all the air fresheners. Perfume is the new second hand smoke and causes lung disease.

Great place for family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Kids enjoyed the pool being a quick walk away. The condo had everything we needed, including games! The porch was nice. There was alot of wasps but it's summer so I'd expect that. People were friendly in the complex. I'd stay here again.

The Perfect Place!

With all the options to chose from, this was the absolute best we could have lucked out to get. The space was perfect, location amazing and everything was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and gave a home feel. Next time we are in Hilton Head, we absolutely would chose this rental again.

Great condo neatly decorated.

We enjoyed our stay at Palmetto dunes. Admiral 1975 was a very nice 2 bedroom condo. The decor was great and it had everything we needed. We only had one small problem the sink drain was clogged and would not drain properly. We contacted Vacassa about this issue and they said they would send someone out but no one ever came. I hope that they respond better to issues others might have. Other wise it was a great week in Hilton Head.

Unclear where to find a beach access on the resort grounds that you were able to park at. The room was cleaned before we got there but my wife went over it before the rest of the family went in and it was clear that they didn’t clean it very well.

Wonderful Condo!

The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything my family needed. The laundry is inside the unit, which was great because we could wash towels and swimsuits after going to the beach. Also, going home without a boatload of laundry to do made things much nicer as well. Kitchen worked out well, beds were nice, both bathrooms were excellent. The St. Andrews Common pool is super close (you can actually see it across the lot from this condo unit), but the walk to the beach on the first day when we didn't know where to go was rough. It's about a 2 mile walk to the beach if you don't find parking closer (like at the Disney Club or Dunes House). Not a dealbreaker by any means, but it's something to note. The real problem is that the resort signage and information isn't clear on how to even access the beach, but that's not the fault of these good folks who are renting their condo. On Day 2, we had things figured out and had a lovely vacation. I would certainly come back. Thank you!! Lastly, you have to go to an office or dropbox that's not at the resort itself to be able to check in. We didn't know that until going to the resort first and being told that we had to go somewhere else. Whatever, you live and you learn. All in all, this was a great family vacation and we made some wonderful memories.

Beautiful small condo in a great location

The condo was great! Loved that I was able to walk to the General Store every morning for coffee and then walk to the beach to enjoy it. Also, great restaurant called Alexander’s within walking distance.

Beautifully decorated, private but close to everything

This property was so beautiful and updated. It was absolutely perfect for me and my 17 and 18 year old sons. We have stayed at other lovely properties on HHI but this was our favorite. Lovely deck off the living room and master suite. Beautiful decor and comfortable furniture and beds. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. 5 minute bike ride to the beach at Dune’s House which had delicious food for lunch and frozen cocktails to go! Also minutes away from a general store and HH outfitters. Tennis courts and pickle ball courts and golf course all right there! Kayaking available and you can put it right at HH Outfitters. This property was so lovely and we enjoyed Palmetto Dunes so much, we are looking to buy there. Being from Syracuse, we LOVED the owners Buffalo decorations (they must be from there or went to UB). The ONLY negative is the Vacasa staff upon check in, which clearly has nothing to do with the property owners. They are 100% disengaged and have no customer service skills at all. However, do not let that form your opinion of people on HH.I. They are charming, kind and chatty and you will fall in love with everything about HH and South Carolina. ❤️

Great first visit

Our first visit to HH and using vrbo . The unit is just as pictured. Super cute. Very cleaned with everything you need. Also the 2 bedroom is in the open loft area up the spiral stairs . Very cute . We had a few minor things but the manager took care of it right away. We enjoyed our stay and already planning to return. Tip : Best to rent bikes or use the buggy to get around. This is the very first community before the gate . So about 10 minute walk to beach access. You will love this unit . Stay safe.

Fit all of our needs

This property was as described. Location was great for our family. We felt safe and there wasn’t ever a ton of people in the pool so that was great. The renter was great about communication and took care of things quickly. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. WiFi was pretty slow but that’s the normal everywhere now it seems. We had a group of 7. 3 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of room. Highly recommend for your next vacation spot.

Clean and a great stay!

Overall, our experience was wonderful! Very clean, nice, updated and well equipped home. Checking in prior to arriving at the home to pick up our Check in package was a bit confusing, but a staff member was able to assist us. If you have to sleep in a cold room, bring a fan! The temperature only goes down to 68 degrees but it still was hot at night sometimes. We will definitely we back to stay here, glad we found this gem.
