Everything was just as described. Great location to all the amenities, shops and restaurants Hilton Head has to offer. lol was in a great location on the property for easy access as well as a little shade on some part of the pool deck throughout the day which was a plus for our 4 month old. Beach access was easy as well and a lifeguard stand right as we walked on to the beach.

A really nice townhouse in a beautiful location. Very nicely decorated, good furniture and appliances, super clean, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Location is perfect with a private walkway to the beach. This was a perfect location on HH island! Having visited countless times, I rented a location that we could walk to the beach and the heated pool was extra fun for the kids and adults alike. HHI Family Vacation Gem!

Prime location with heated pool just outside the door, easy private access to beach, and walking distance to Coligny Plaza shopping and dining. Well appointed spacious updated modern villa with huge roof terrace, separate west facing balcony, and another balcony with grill overlooking the heated pool. Healthy mix of family renters and year round residents who are primarily older couples. Pool was well maintained and never crowded. Responsiveness of property management company is the best I’ve had in 10 years of using VRBO.

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was very easy to access and not too crowded. The pool area was very nice although I wish other guests were better about picking up after themselves in the pool area. My only small issue with the condo is that the AC blew ice cold in some rooms and not so well in others. But overall we had a great stay!
